Why was my credit card declined?Insufficient funds on the account. Contact card issuer to determine reason. You are APO/FPO customer placing order from overseas. please call customer service to place your order during our business hours or use PayPal (www.paypal.com) Mismatch-your billing address is not matching with one on your bank file. Contact the card issuer. Gift Card or a Prepaid Card is used. (We do not accept these cards at this moment). Duplicate transaction-you have submitted two transactions in a short period. Please try in 5 minutes.

How long does it take to recieve my order?Once order is placed, you should be expecting your package in one following time frames: Standard: Receive in 3-5 business days* from the day order placed. Express: Receive in 1-3 business days from the day order placed. Free** : Receive in 4-6 business days from the day order placed. NOTE: Regardless of when you receive the tracking information (usually within 2-3 business days), the order will be delivered in the timeframe stated above. *Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US Holidays. If you placed an order on a Non-business day, please start counting for the following business day. **Free Shipping is available on orders over $200.00 and to 48 US Cont. States.

How can I track my order?Shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number is emailed once order has been dispatched. If you do not have access to your email, or cannot find the email, please check your junk or spam folder to see if it went there. NOTE: Tracking numbers are usually emailed 4-5business days after you place your order. If you do not receive the tracking information in 4 business days, please contact customer service at 240-237-3910 or email us at envyherhairtwo@gmail.com.

What is your return & exchange policy?Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. According to Federal law, you cannot return used human hair products. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. At Envy Her Hair, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our warehouse here in the United States. Everything goes through strict quality control to ensure you receive the best quality product possible. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. An exchange may be issued on a case by case basis. We will not accept any merchandise which has is used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees. We adhere to these strict policies concerning hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. If there is a defect in the product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. PLEASE FOLLOW STEPS IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE: Step 1: Email your order/invoice number at EMAIL to request a Return Form. You may request the form within 7 days of order delivery date. Step 2: We will reply by sending you a Return Form which you would need to fill out and include together with items being exchanged. Ship item(s) back using USPS. Note: When shipping the item(s), please use sturdy packaging. For damaged item(s) or packaging, we charge extra restocking fee up to 25%. Returned orders without the Return Slip will be refused and sent back. Step 3: We will process your request and email you within 4-6 business days from the day returned items received at our office. DISCLAIMER : PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE RETURN REQUEST To return a product, all tags, inserts, advertisements, hair nets, clips, cardboard packaging, plastic, etc. must be intact If part or any of the above conditions are not met - the exchange request will be denied and the product will be sent back. Not eligible for an exchange: Odors of any kind e.g., smoke, perfume, sprays, hair products. If an item was initially shipped via Free Shipping offer and the reason for the exchange is not our mistake, you will be reimbursed for the value of the item minus the cost of the shipping paid by Envy Her Hair. Sale/Clearance/Specials are not eligible EXCHANGE. Return requests beyond 7 days of the order receipt date will not be granted. Items will be refused and sent back to the customer. Return shipping is your responsibility unless an error or manufacturer's defect is found with your order and confirmed by us. Cases such as hair texture, color, or feel are not considered manufacturer's defects. In case of item defect or order error, a shipping concession will be made after you contact the returns department with order/item photos of defect/error. Tracking is required for ALL returns to ensure the delivery to us. Exchange typically take 5 - 7 business days Returns Department can be reached via email only. Can I cancel my order?An order cannot be cancelled/modified/changed provided the order has been received. If customer no longer needs the product, they can refuse the package on its delivery by mail carrier. Refused packages will be refunded for the merchandise ordered minus shipping and handling cost.

How accurate are the hair color swatches?Color charts are provided by the manufactures and are for general reference only. Colors may vary depending on customer computer display, browser settings. Envy Her Hair Boutique is not responsible for color suggestions made by customer representative in case of customer dissatisfaction. For best results, visit local Beauty Supply store to select wig/weaving colors.

How do I check on an order that I have placed?Once the order is placed, we will email you an Order Confirmation/Receipt letting you know the order was received and the time frame when you should expect your package.
